GDPR DATA MANAGEMENT HERE

We enhance your user experience with us in terms of controlling the use of personal information.

GDPR is coming. An EU regulation that will improve the protection of personal data starting with May. With it, we at Fragrance perfumes accept and intensively prepare for changes that will enhance your experience with us. Responsible behaviour and compliance with the law when processing your personal information is more for Fragrance perfumes than just law enforcement, it is our commitment and our promise!

We want to show you how the regulation will affect the safe and responsible handling of your personal information, how we as a business are committed to trust and respect of your privacy, and how changes with many advantages will benefit everyone.

What is GDPR and what changes does it bring for the individual?
In modern society, the right to privacy is one of the most important human rights. Accordingly, in 2016, the European Parliament and the Council adopted a new general regulation on the protection of personal data, which enters into force on 25 May 2018. The new general regulation applies to all companies that use or in any way process the personal data of EU citizens. The General Regulation sets uniform rules for the protection of personal data in the EU, and some substantive and procedural issues in Slovenia will also be addressed in the new Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA-2).

Under the new regulation, the data subject will have to give explicit consent to the processing of personal data relating to him or her, and the purposes to which his or her consent will relate will be presented to the individual.

Fragrance perfumes respects the privacy of our customers, so we treat your personal information responsibly, carefully and in accordance with applicable laws and internal acts of the company. Accordingly, at Fragrance perfumes an individual who gives consent to the processing of their personal data will be informed about the individual purpose of using the given personal data, as well as with all other rights they have under the applicable law.

• Own control over your personal information,
• easy modification of your personal information,
• request for correction,
• request for deletion,
• transferring data to another company or institution,
• possibility of informing about data processing,
• explicit and clear consent for what the company uses the information,
• informing on the offer of products and services for interested buyers,
• less unnecessary information.
